It is very important to ensure the security and efficient operation of a gas gathering station,which plays an significant role in gas transmission system.If fire or explosion accident happens and can not be handled in time and properly,it would lead to serious casualties and property damage.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a set of intelligent firefighting system at the gas gathering station and it has a great economic significance and social value.Considering the above problems,a firefighting system based on Internet of Things and wireless sensor technologies is proposed and the research is sponsored by Chongqing Science and Technology Commission Project ‘Research on fire hydrant water pressure recording based on IOT technology of a community,cstc2015shmszx0941 '.The innovative contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,develop a new series of fire hydrant devices that meet the needs of the Internet of Things connection.The existing fire hydrant structure is improved by designing seven new types fire hydrant based on different application scenarios;Perceive fire pipe network water pressure and other information by putting a sensor into the fire hydrant structure.Secondly,this paper designs a firefighting system on the basis of ZigBee wireless sensor and WIFI,GPRS and other technologies.In the hardware design,the terminal node CC2530 of the ZigBee network collects data such as temperature,humidity,smoke,and CO concentration in the gas station,and transmit the data through GPRS and WIFI.In software design,programs are written in languages such as java and HTML,and Web servers are built using B/S framework.Thirdly,the ARMA model is used to predict the water pressure state of the hydrant pipe network in advance,and alarm the low pressure earlier.The neural network model is used to calculate the probability of fire occurrence and make a warning of fire in advance.Finally,the whole system is tested from two respects,one is data transmission,the other is some functions of the designed system.The results show that the firefighting IoT system designed in this paper has achieved the expected requirements.
