The Analysis Of Modern Shopping Mall's Firefighting Design

Urban mall is a mature mainstream of real estate development model,the completion of the mall will become a plot of the benchmark.As a type of public commercial facilities,the mall is a collection of large commercial shopping centers,high-grade office buildings,high-end hotel-style apartments and high-grade residential in one.In recent years,with the continuous development of the city,the continuous emergence of new towns,urban mall as a popular business model,more and more government and developers love.The number of large ruall has been built more and more,the volume of construction is more and more,the internal function is more and more diverse,the number of people is increasing,and its fire hazard is more and more serious.In case of fire,not only will cause huge economic losses,some will also have adverse effects in society,social public opinion will become very poor.National fire code for the current increasing number of large-scale mall fire code began to pay attention to,but there are still a lot of missing places,of which the fire-fighting design is only different from the general commercial buildings,such as "Building Design Fire Code" specification of the revision is also the large-scale mall fire design improvement,but there are still a lot of problems.Some provinces and cities issued their own fire minutes and instructions as a supplement,and some places also introduced the performance of the design as a technical means to the fire design of their own supplement.Based on the relevant theories of fire codes,local minutes and expert opinions,this paper takes the mall of Hangzhou Yuanyang grand canal place as the research object and studies its fire-fighting innovation point.First,from the study of the different points of the national standard and the Zhejiang province fire-fighting minutes,and then surveyed three malls in Hangzhou local and nearby,from the general layout,fire lanes,fire spacing,fire zones,evacuation staircases,evacuation elevators and their respective fire difficulties.Finally,the fire-fighting design of Hangzhou Yuanyang grand canal place is analyzed,and the different points in fire protection design are found out,which provides a new idea for the future mall design.
