The carbon emissions reduction has became a hot topic with global concern.As China is the largest energy consumption and carbon emissions country,environment problem has became a key problem restricting the sustainable development of China’s economy.Improving and optimizing the environmental quality is an important way to realize the coordinative development of economy and environment.Based on system dynamics and economic theory,this paper builds a model of investment allocation between high carbon and low carbon energy.considering both economic benefits and environmental benefits,the model driven by government policy adjusts the investment proportion between highcarbon energy and low-carbon energy to mitigate the carbon emissions produced by energy consumption.Then,the better investment strategies and investment timing are analyzed.The research work includes two aspects in the following:(1)Based on the current situation of the energy market,a pure energy economic system is set up to reduce the carbon emissions,and explore the impact of investment allocation between high-carbon and low-carbon energy on carbon emissions.Considering the relationship between economic development,energy consumption and carbon emissions,the model builds the environmental indicator and economic indicator in the system.Then based on the actual energy market,an energy investment allocation model is built to adjust the investment proportion between high-carbon and low-carbon energy from the perspective of energy supply.In the context of stability analysis and numerical simulation,the key influencing factors are explored and the influence degrees are analyzed.The results show that social consumption of energy and public consumption behavior are the most important factors that affect the change of atmospheric carbon dioxide,while increasing the rate of return on investment and investment ratio of low carbon energy are beneficial to reduce the carbon emissions.(2)Based on the analysis of influencing factors of carbon reduction,the coal industry is taken as the research object.In the premise of stable economic benefit in coal industry,a transformation scheme that invests the capital from coal industry to low-carbon industry is established by considering the supply-side reform and resources tax reform in coal industry.The data referring to coal price,consumption and investment is forecasted by ARIM A model.Then combined the predicted data and transformation scheme,the effect of investment proportion of low-carbon energy on return on investment of coal industry are analyzed to ensure the transformation intensity.In addition,the work investigates the influence of time span on investment transformation in coal industry.The results indicate that the longer investment time is more favorable to the success of coal transformation.But it does not meant that the time span is the key influencing factor.What’s more,the investment proportion in low-carbon energy should not too high.It would be control in the range of 2%-5%.
