In recent years,China's in-depth promotion of industrialization and urbanization has not only led to serious greenhouse effect problems, but also has hindered the sustainable development of China's economy. The reform of the supply side has provided a new idea for the development of China's industry-the pursuit of the same development of ecological and industrialization, and the promotion of industrial enterprises to achieve green transformation.Jiangsu Province is the economic and trade hub of China's Yangtze River Delta.Industry occupies a dominant position in economic development, and it faces enormous pressures for energy conservation and emission reduction. Therefore,in response to the specific implementation of carbon reduction in industrial enterprises, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed, which can smoothly promote the transformation and development of Jiangsu's economy.Based on the perspective of supply-side reform, this thesis selects industrial enterprises above the scale of Jiangsu Province as the research object, calculates the carbon emissions, and combines the status quo of industrial economic development and energy consumption to construct corresponding measurement models for carbon from different angles.Emissions are analyzed in multiple dimensions.Firstly, the spatial distribution pattern of industrial enterprises' carbon emissions is analyzed by constructing a spatial autocorrelation model, and then Tapio elastic decoupling is combined with Divisia decomposition method to study the factors such as economic growth, energy efficiency, population size and other factors decoupling industrial enterprises' carbon emissions. The driving effect is that the industrial economy and population growth have a relatively stable inhibitory effect on decoupling, and the energy structure and efficiency have a certain role in promoting it.Secondly, the gray forecasting model is constructed to predict and analyze the trends of industrial economy, energy consumption and carbon emissions in Jiangsu in the next five years. It is found that the growth rate of other indicators is slowing down except for industrial added value. That is to say, through the combination of theory and evidence,it proposes targeted carbon emission reduction countermeasures for the lowcarbon development of industrial enterprises in Jiangsu Province. The results show that:(1)From a regional perspective, the spatial pattern of carbon emissions of industrial enterprises in Jiangsu Province shows a strikingly uneven step, and there is a strong local positive agglomeration, which also leads to a significant difference in carbon emission reduction between industrial enterprises in the region.(2)On the whole, the carbon emissions of industrial enterprises in Jiangsu Province are generally on a slow upward trend, indicating that their low-carbon development is gradually becoming prominent, but the decoupling of carbon emissions generally shows the “ M”-type fluctuation trend, and there are still hooks, the possibility of affecting the low carbon transformation of industrial enterprises as a whole. Therefore, the carbon emission reduction of industrial enterprises in Jiangsu Province should focus on adjusting the industrial industry and regional structure, while improving energy-saving and emission reduction technologies and realizing the industrialization of green manufacturing. This countermeasure research can provide decision makers with feasible coping strategies and formulate reasonable low-carbon development policies, which will help Jiangsu Province accelerate the industrial ecological construction and structural reform.
