China’s land resources are becoming increasingly intense,especially the agricultural land resources,which have been reduced or destroyed to varying degrees.Due to the extensive land use mode,a large number of carbon emissions were generated at the same time of economic development.It aggravated the greenhouse effect and posed a serious potential threat to the ecological environment and land resources.Research shows that the land-use change is the second-largest source of carbon emissions,second only to energy consumption,and scientific land-use and management practices can fix most of the carbon.Therefore,the present situation requires us to make full and efficient use of limited land resources,adjust the structure of land use,and transform to low carbon and efficient mode.This is of very big significance to control air pollution,take intensive use of land resources and promote the construction of ecological civilization.This paper took Huailai County as a research area to estimate the land use carbon emissions in Huailai County from 2002 to 2016 to indntify carbon sources,carbon sinks and changing characteristics;to explore the risk of carbon emissions in Huailai County using ordinary Kriging interpolation methods.The spatial distribution characteristics change rules of carbon emission risk were explored;comprehensive economic,ecological and other factors to optimize the land structure in Huailai County,and propose the pertinent suggestions and measures.The main results were as follows:(1)Obtaining and interpreting three remote sensing images of Huailai County in 2002,2009 and 2016 through RS technology,and using ArcGIS to conduct spatial analysis of land use changes.In Huailai County during the period of 2002-2016,the growth areas of construction land were mainly transformed from cultivated land and unused land.the area of cultivated land and water area decreased greatly,while others changed little.(2)Based on basic data such as energy consumption,crop yields,and energy and material consumption in agricultural production processes by using the carbon emission coefficient method,the overall carbon emissions from Huailai County are estimated.The net carbon emissions from Huailai County increased from 306,087.89 tons in 2002 to 382,891.60 tons in 2016,during which it experienced rapid changes and slow declines.From the perspective of carbon sources and carbon sinks,cultivated land and forest land are the main carbon sinks,and the biggest carbon source is construction land.(3)The spatial distribution of land use carbon emission risk in the study area was obtained by the spatial difference of Kriging interpolation method.The results indicated that the degree of carbon emission risk is closely related to the spatial spread of land use structure.The carbon emission risk index is relatively small and mainly distributed in areas where the cultivated land is more concentrated and dense,and the areas with larger carbon emissions risk index are mainly along the With the distribution of towns and industrial land,.The carbon emissions of the land were divided into five risk levels.the high-risk areas and heavy-risk areas continue to expand,and the land use carbon emission still keep a great risk.(4)The goal of low-carbon emission reduction,comprehensive economic,ecological and other factors,build a comprehensive benefit model,and use LINGO11.0 software to obtain the optimal solution for low-carbon land use structure configuration.In the end,Three types named “low-carbon platooning”,“middle-carbon platooning” and “high-benefit” were constructed,and their net carbon emissions were 225000 tons,234000 tons,and 243000 tons.In summary,this paper makes a preliminary exploration of the temporal and spatial changes of land use carbon emissions in Huailai County,and adjusts the land quantity structure to achieve regional increase and reduction of emissions.This has certain positive significance for improving regional air quality and building an ecological new city.
