The strength of land use is increasing and frequency is frequent, having impact onthe ecological environment of arable land, ecological environment of arable land can notbe ignored. Evaluating arable land ecological security is to improve the safety offarmland ecosystem, meanwhile in order to achieve arable land sustainable use better.Foreign has formed relatively better farmland protection system, our country is in theinitial phase, having study space. This study analyzes arable land ecological securityaffecting factor qualitatively, on the base of define arable land ecological securityconcept, establishs evaluation index system based on PSR model, uses the standardizedmethod and AHP to evaluate Huailai county arable land ecological security, the researchresult shows that:(1)The level of Huailai County cultivated land pressure system ecological security isfrom “criticality safety” to “less safety” in2002-2011, the evaluation index of fluctuanttrend of decline; In the effect of pressure system, in2002-2011the ecological safety statesystem of cultivated land in Huailai County rating from “safe”into“criticality safety”,ecological security index of the overall downward trend; The cultivated land responsesystem ecological security index of Huailai County showed a rising trend from2002to2011, increased from0.4899in2002to0.6507in2011, the grade is “less safety”into“criticality safety”; From the view of the overall level of the county, Huailai county landecological security level changing experienced “criticality safety”-“less secure”-“criticality safety”, although in2002and2011at the critical level of security, but the landecological security index of cultivated land in2011is lower than in2002,the level ofecological security of cultivated land showed the regularity of decreased firstly theincreased.(2)Through the spatial distribution, from2002to2011, Guanting town, Tumu town,Beixinbao town, Donghuayuan town, Xibali town, Jimingyi township and Wangjialoutownship, seven towns, increase fluctuations, ecological security index is moving in thedirection of correction. Shacheng town, Xinbaoan town, Langshan township,Duanyuanguan township, Dahuangzhuang town and Sunzhuangzi township, six towns,ecological security index reduces firstly and then rise, but as a whole is on the decline,ecological security is moving in the direction of reverse.Dongbali township, Xiaonanxinbao town and Sangyuan town, three towns, ecological security index isreducing constantly, ecological security is moving in the direction of reverse. Throughthe change of levels, from2002to2011, levels of ecological security in Dongbalitownship, Xiaonanxinbao town and Sangyuan town, three towns reduce, levels ofDongbali township and Sangyuan town reduce from safer to critical safe, level ofXiaonanxinbao town reduces from critical safe to less secure. Levels of farmlandecological security in Guanting town, Tumu town, Beixinbao town, Xibali town andJimingyi township increase from less secure to critical safe, levels of farmland ecologicalsecurity in Cunrui town and Donghuayuan town increase from critical safe to safer. levelsof farmland ecological security in other towns have no change.(3) Barrier factors that impact improvement of farmland ecological security in2002mainly concentrate upon the system state and system response, mainly includeagricultural mechanization level, sewage treatment rate, disaster index, effectiveirrigation area ratio, the forest coverage and so on. Barrier factors that impactimprovement of farmland ecological security in2007mainly concentrate upon thesystem pressure and system state, mainly include disaster index, the natural populationgrowth rate, per capita net income of farmers, urbanization level, unit land wastewaterload and so on. Barrier factors that impact improvement of farmland ecological securityin2011mainly concentrate upon system pressure and system state, mainly includeurbanization, population density, per capita cultivated land area, the disaster index, unitload fertilizers and so on.
