Study On Land Use Structure Optimization In Jingle County From The Perspective Of Regional Ecological Protection And Restoration

The concept of "landscape,forest,field,lake and grass" ecological protection and restoration put forward higher requirements for the study of land use structure optimization.At present,the research on Optimization of land use structure based on regional ecological protection and restoration is still not in-depth.Therefore,how to alleviate the relationship between human beings and land and between human beings and natural ecological environment by changing the way of land use is an urgent issue to be solved.In this paper,Jingle County is taken as the research area.Based on the perspective of regional ecological protection and restoration,the optimization scheme of quantitative structure is obtained by using multi-objective optimization model.With this scheme as the constraint condition,the suitability evaluation of forest land and the division of ecological core areas are carried out at the same time,and the spatial layout optimization of land use is completed around the ecological core areas.The results are as follows:(1)Analyse the current situation of land use and natural environment in Jingle County,and find out the land use and ecological problems.(2)By using the multi-objective optimization method,the ecological,economic and social benefits are comprehensively considered,and the quantitative structure of land use under the goal of comprehensive benefits is selected as the optimization scheme.(3)Five evaluation factors were selected to construct the evaluation system of forest land suitability in Jingle County,and the results of single factor evaluation were superimposed to get the evaluation results of forest land suitability.(4)Thirteen ecological sources were selected by hotspot analysis method,and the suitability evaluation results were modified by the distance from the ecological sources.Combining the concept of regional ecological protection and restoration,identifying five ecological core areas,and combining with suitability evaluation,the spatial layout of land types around the core area is carried out.After testing,the results of spatial optimization meet the quantitative constraints of the optimization scheme,which provides the spatial layout basis for the future compilation of the ecological protection and restoration scheme of Jingle County.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The perspective of regional ecological protection and restoration can guide the optimization of land use structure and further play the role of spatial planning in the construction of ecological civilization.At the same time,the concept of regional ecological protection and restoration deepens the connotation of land use structure optimization,and restores the relationship between man and nature on the basis of coordinating the relationship between man and land.(2)The optimization scheme of land use structure based on strengthening the ecological function of the ecological core area can be used as a spatial planning strategy for regional ecological protection and restoration.By increasing the area of ecological source land in the core area through structural optimization,the stability of the ecosystem in the region can be greatly improved,and the ecological function can be strengthened.The optimization results can be used as the spatial planning basis for regional ecological protection and restoration.
