| The land issue has always been a global and strategic issue.With the development of economy and society,the contradiction between supply and demand of land resources has become increasingly prominent,and the pressure of resource support is increasing.Economical and intensive land use and rational planning of land use are the important grippers to solve the dilemma of protecting agricultural land and ensuring economic development.The evaluation of land carrying capacity is an important basis for the compilation of land use planning and the implementation of land regulation,it can provide important support for the formation and rationality evaluation of land planning plan.Therefore,the study of land carrying capacity has become the focus of various regions.This study takes Pengshui county located in the poor mountainous area as the research object.Based on the analysis of regional resource endowments,ecological conditions and environmental background characteristics,the land carrying capacity is evaluated and studied based on these data.In this study,the research method and process of the general land carrying capacity are taken out,and some innovations are made in the design ideas and methods.First,according to Pengshui county resource endowment,economic development and ecological environment,collecting the basic information of soil and water resources,geological disasters,ecological environment,population,socio-economic development,and establishing a basic database.Summarizing the basic situation of the study area and making an in-depth analysis of the current situation and existing problems of land use.It is found that the land use structure in Pengshui county is mainly agricultural land.The area of construction area is 108.45km~2,which accounts for only 2.78%of the total land area,and the degree of development and utilization of construction land is low.Secondly,the multi-dimensional evaluation method is applied to evaluate the carrying capacity of land,and the land carrying capacity is divided into two dimensions:the carrying capacity of the constraint system and the carrying capacity of the support system,and the evaluation index system and evaluation method are constructed respectively.On the one hand,in the evaluation of carrying capacity of land constraint system,identify mainly limited and"short board"elements that restrict the development and utilization of land,and construct the evaluation index system under the land constraint system.The suitability and limitation of land construction are obtained by ArcGIS superposition analysis software.It is determined that the land construction and development is highly suitable,moderate,unsuitable and unsuitable.According to the calculation formula,the present land construction and development degree of Pengshui County is 0.33,the land suitable construction and development threshold is 0.545,the land resource pressure index is-0.39.It shows that the pressure of land resources in Pengshui County is small,and the construction and development pattern is in balance with the land resources.On the other hand,in the evaluation of the carrying capacity of land security system,the population support scale is calculated from the scale of construction land,water resources and ecological suitability of construction land.The result shows that the scale of construction land is the most restrictive factor of population and socio-economic development,and Pengshui County land security system to support the population size to carry the population capacity of construction land is a great limit.Therefore,the support population scale is limited to the carrying capacity of the construction land.In 2020,the population support potential of Pengshui County is 777,800 people,and the population support potential is 140.18 million people based on the suitable construction land area.Finally,according to the results of land construction and development zoning,4land use functional zoning of Eco-city core area along the river,ecotourism extension area,ecological agriculture multi-development area,ecological conservation and vegetation restoration area are divided.According to the land carrying capacity and leading function of each functional district,this study puts forward the differential spatial optimization scheme of sustainable land use.The optimization scheme of land use structure is put forward from three aspects,which are as follows:take the intension development model and make efficient use of agricultural land;use multiple ways to make intensive use of construction land;adopt active protection strategy and comprehensive utilization of ecological land. |
