A Study On Corporate Governance,Cash Dividends And Over-investment Behavior:Based On Manufacturing Listed Companies

The wear and tear of industrial pipelines and components has always been an important factor affecting the production of safety civilization.At present,the majority of enterprises that need to transport ore,coal,slag and petroleum,such as cement plants,steel plants,power plants,chemical plants,aluminium plants,mines,coal hills,port terminals and so on,use steel pipelines and components.The pipelines and components of this material have poor wear resistance and are easy to rust,have short product life and are frequently replaced.In order to prolong the service life of pipes and components,the application of steel pipes in the form of wear-resistant pouring,ceramic paste or hard plastic paste,but poor wear resistance,serious pollution,affecting production efficiency.Siping is one of the old industrial bases in northeast China.Cement,steel,power generation,petrochemical and mineral industries are very concentrated.In order to increase production and increase income,reduce material consumption and realize energy efficiency,we must strengthen the selection and application of wear-resistant materials.Based on the background of the development of the non-metal wearable material production project of Siping Infield Abrasive Material Co.,Ltd.,this paper analyzes and studies the project in depth.Firstly,the background and significance of the research,the current research situation at home and abroad,the content and method of the research,and summarized the project development decision.Secondly,the development environment of non-metal wear-resistant project is analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of project development,as well as the opportunities and challenges are analyzed by SWOT.Thirdly,the development scheme of non-metal wearable material production is designed and the development decision is analyzed in depth and systematically.Finally,from the aspects of controlling production cost,improving technological level,scientific staffing and structure,designing reasonable marketing channels and strengthening supporting facilities,the author puts forward some suggestions on the production of non-metal wearable materials.The conclusion of this paper has direct guiding effect on the development of non-metal wear-resistant materials,and also provides referencefor the development of similar projects in other enterprises.At the end of the paper are the conclusions and prospects.
