Research On Implementation Mode Of Customer Service Information System For Gas Group Corporation

In recent years,along with merge and acquisition of gas industry in China,the integration of management and information technology in gas group corporations have been built and used progressively and have got a lot of achievement.As a core application system,the Customer Service Information System(CSIS)is always a continually valuable tool for enterprise management.This dissertation aims to construct a feasible implementation mode and evaluation system for the CSIS project.It will guide effectively and efficiently the other gas group corporation not only in theory,but also in practice.After researching on a lot of domestic and oversea literatures,this paper puts forward current situation and problems on implementation of the existed CSIS project.And then,through questionnaires more than once,it draws a conclusion that the main influence factors play a very important role in implementation of CSIS project.By the employment of analytical tools,this dissertation summarizes ten critical success factors for implementation of CSIS project.Meanwhile,it also sets up a new mode for the implementation of CSIS project and relevant evaluation system for post-implementation.Moreover,it also establishes a road map for the implementation of CSIS project and a few measurable evaluation indicators of post-implementation processing.At last,this dissertation picks out a real example of HH gas corporation as a case study of the CSIS project.It represents the real implementation processing and specific indicators under new road map and new evaluation system.Additionally,it concentrates on lots of advice and feedback about strong and weak factors in main ten factors.This paper successfully generalized the application situation and analyzed the current problems of the implementation mode and evaluation s ystem for Customer Service Information System in gas group corporation,and put forward optimal suggestion to the improvement of project management and information technology for CSIS project.It had constructed the advanced implementation mode and evaluation system,which has the value of application research.
