With the development of information technology, some new concepts have been proposed, such as digital mine and wisdom mine, and many domestic coal enterprises have put efforts in information construction work which takes safety production management as the core business. Due to the complexity of the coal industry management processes, high degree of specialization, low degree of information integration and etc., it is difficult to realize data sharing in the process of software development, which will lead to the wasting of resources, function overlap, repeated constructions and so on. So it is an inexorable trend to develop a comprehensive and trans-disciplinary information system with well sharing, flexible processes and various interfaces based on the professional data of safety production in coal enterprises.In this paper, the Longkou Mining safety production management information system is designed and implemented based on the dragon mining group’s’create first-class information mine’ campaigns. This system adopts the B/S framework, takes the Gigabit-LAN of Longkou Mining Group as the basic transmission platform, and applies the technologies of.NET, Web Service and VMware virtual services to digitize the business information for the group and all fields of safety production management. In this way, a powerful, user-friendly and convenience information system is established, and a multi-department, multi-specialty informational management platform of safety production at the level of enterprise is founded, which is oriented by data-drive and catering to the producing mines and groups.The system has eight subsystems, which are geologic measurement, mine safety, one ventilation and three prevention, production dispatching, production technology, electromechanical management, quality standardization and system management. The successful design and application of this system make the informatization, processization and automation of safety production management in coal mine enterprises come true, and change the traditional management models. The system has been working stable and reliable, since its running, which well meets the requirements of field works, and realizes the real paperless-office. In conclusion, the proposed system has wide uses and prospects. |
