With the development of social economy and scientific and technological progress,people begin to pursue the high quality of life and environment,and environmental protection and culture become a hot topic.There have been a lot of research and practice in the field of microbial water quality in situ restoration,but there are great gaps in the research on the associated equipment of microbial water quality in situ and the integration of people’s life and environment.Nowadays,in situ repair equipment of microbial water quality is low,rough,crude,lacking in aesthetics and competitiveness.Therefore,it is necessary to reintegrate the design of microbial water quality in situ restoration..Based on the product semantics design process,this paper determines the product context of in situ restorative water quality magic ship.Adopts semantic space of psychological cognitive research method,firstly,through qualitative and quantitative research methods extract user preset semantic of in situ restorative water quality magic ship;second,the method of semantic differential and cluster analysis is to analyze the data of the collected targets,to determine the semantic space ofin situ restorative water quality magic ship in the Form and CMF,and the situation board;finally,the feature elements corresponding to the semantic target of the in-situ restorative water quality magic ship are extracted from the semantic space and situation board..Using analytic hierarchy process(ahp),the establishment of water quality in situ repair magic ship elements and design the corresponding relation between characteristics,the visual perceptual demand,achieve the goal of semantic(symbol semantics,image semantic and instructions)in the form of conversion layer.The semantic difference method and the hierarchical evaluation method are used to verify whether the design satisfies the target semantics and its feasibility.In this paper,based on the product semantics design method of water quality in situ repair equipment,can effective transfer the function of the target population and emotional needs,at the same time,the study of From and CMF can effectively guarantee the realization of the design scheme,and reduce the design cycle and project cost.This method can not only provide guidance for design,but also provide basis for product evaluation.By using this method,the in-situ restorative water quality magic ship has been put into production,which has successfully restored the river water quality environment,increased the modern and technological sense of the urban river channel landscape,and effectivelypromoted the brand awareness of the enterprise.
