Recently,the gas refueling stations in the market are mainly divided into hydraulic natural gas daughter station,L-CNG filling station,VFD daughter station with piston compressor,natural gas hydraulic compressor,etc.In order to meet the demand of the market and improve the market share of the CNG products,the natural gas hydraulic compressors were developed,which meet the needs of customers,and improve market competitiveness.The research and development of natural gas hydraulic compressor is mainly reflected in product technical parameters and model.According to the input parameters of the product design,the average exhaust volume is 1500Nm~3/h,the exhaust pressure is 25MPa,and the specific power is 0.048kW·h/m~3.The design calculation includes calculation of hydraulic cylinder,calculation of power and calculation of displacement.According to the design and calculation results of the product,the selection of the main components,the design of the 3D model,the design of the assembly drawing,the preparation of the product material list,etc.After the product design and manufacture completed,the product's heart performance parameters were determined and tested to verify whether the parameters met the design parameter requirements.This article on the hydraulic cylinder has carried on the detailed analysis and put forward some key seal special selection of requirements,the hydraulic system of the entire product parts,hydraulic cylinder parts,gas components,cooling system components and so on has carried on the detailed design and illustration.Hydraulic cylinder is the key component of natural gas hydraulic compressor.It is not only directly related to whether the key technical parameters meet the design requirements,but also the core of the whole product.The reliability of hydraulic cylinder operation,fatigue resistance and sealing are the key to reliable operation of the product.In the electrical programming of the whole product,through optimizing control logic,the key points of detection,control and alarm are set up to meet the automation and reliability of the product.In the test and verification of the product,the equipment's debugging requirements and the record requirements of the key parameters are put forward,and the actual operation parameters of the equipment can be verified to meet the design parameter requirements.Natural gas hydraulic compressor has its unique advantages in CNG gas station.Hydraulic compressor is by the hydraulic cylinder of CNG gas compression,to avoid the hydraulic horizontal pushing type natural gas vehicle gas equipment of hydraulic medium pollution of CNG,which avoid the mutual contact of two kinds of medium;Gas hydraulic compressor used ordinary high pressure gas long tube trailer,there is no number of cylinders,the limitation of volume,don't need to make modification,trailer to avoid the hydraulic horizontal pushing type natural gas vehicle gas equipment form a complete set of trailer modified;Natural gas hydraulic compressors have solved the loss of natural gas in the process of returning the hydraulic oil to the gas tank.Compared with L-CNG.gas station,the natural gas hydraulic compressor has no phase change,and there is no loose loss during the compression process.Compared with traditional mechanical CNG compressors,natural gas hydraulic compressors are reduced and hydraulic components are replaced by mechanical compression parts,which are simple in structure and easy to maintain.The natural gas hydraulic compressor occupies a place in the CNG market with its unique advantages,and it has gradually expanded.
