In order to conduct the research on the construction progress and cost control of ultra-deep shaft with large section,construction model of interval analytic hierarchy process is adopted to analyze the importance ranking of rapid construction process for shaft mixed operation,and obtains that the main procedures of auxiliary shaft mixed operation are drilling and blasting,promoting dirt exclusion and building the wall.Considering the cost factors,muck loading is the main factor influences the progress as well as the main link of construction control.For the construction of normal section of 800-100 m shaft,it is the optimal progress control when the drilling time is 7.8 hours,muck loading time is 13.2 hours and retaining time is 6.9 hours.Compared with the actual cost of each circle in production,10%~20% cost is saved in theory through controlling construction time based on optimized results.It is extremely difficult for the construction of ultra-deep shaft with large section.In order to achieve the optimum control of cost and progress,six-arm hydraulic umbrella drill is applied and techniques of optimizations are conducted in this paper.It controls the blasting technology optimization through a 5m-deep hole,uses double-center rotative grab loader equipped with mini-excavator for deslagging and cleaning;what's more,construction technology of modularized overall horsehead support template is applied to reduce 30% of the construction period compared with traditional construction technology.The construction progress and cost control of ultra-deep shaft with large scale have been optimized in construction technology.Meanwhile,lifting safety monitoring system composed of winch distributed control system and stage rope tension monitoring system,informatization construction technology of ultra-deep shaft with large section which combines the shaft wall safety monitoring system,derrick stress condition monitoring system and grouting pressure flow monitoring system are applied in the engineering to ensure the construction progress fundamentally,speed up the process circulation and reduce the construction period more than 20% in general.In order to study the mechanized matching scheme for ultra-deep shaft with large section with optimized cost,establish optimization model aimed at overall economic benefit and get the mechanized matching scheme with complex method: the optimized mechanical configuration for drilling operation is YSJZ6.12 hydraulic umbrella drill equipped with six sets of HYD200 hydraulic rock drill holes;besides,4 sets of YT-28 high-frequency manual-hold drills are equipped for umbrella drill.The optimal configuration for lifting muck loading adopts two sets of HZ-6 central rotative grab loaders which are equipped with electric mini-excavator for auxiliary cleaning work.Due to the construction characteristics of auxiliary shaft project in Sishanling iron mine which are larger section and ultra-deep,the four groups engineering during construction are regarded as management elements based on construction cost and progress for evaluation.This paper takes cost and progress comprehensive informatization management method upon comprehensive budget by means of informatization management.This kind of management method has been applied successfully and obtained good effects during the project construction management.
