Study On The Cost Control Of Productivity Building Of XJ Oilfield During The Construction Stage

As the international oil price goes down,the global oil price had been fallen to 29.99 USD per barrel in January 2016 since the past 12 years.It set the red alarm for the development of the whole petroleum industry.A series of problems such as plunging profits and narrowing investment have become the serious challenges for the oil and gas enterprises to deal with the low oil prices shoulder by shoulder.In the fierce domestic competition environment and the long duration of low oil prices.Oil and gas business difficult situation is difficult to reverse,the situation which XJ oilfield company facing is not optimistic.With the progress of oil and gas resource strategy and investment increasing gradually,It is estimated that the project investment in CNPC is about 330 billion yuan a year,which including XJ oilfield ground investment up to nearly 2 billion yuan each year.But cost beyond of the investment and control are still an overwhelming problem worldwide in the construction stage,although the project investment is small,but the investment waste may be larger.Based on describing the profiles of XJ productivity construction project which had been whole process controlled,this paper summarized on the achievements and the insufficiency of work results and the insufficiency,analyse the influence factors of cost control problems appeared in the construction stage.Secondly,by analyzing the factors related to the construction stage,marking on the fishbone diagram and then putting forward measures in view of selecting important factor.Finally,through the implementation of standardized design and the ground cost information system application,speeding up the oilfield ground construction towards to the direction of standardization and systematization,promoting economic,social and environmental benefits,realizing the effective control of construction stage and the maximization of profit for the company.
