Precisely tube factory of Baosteel Group is a manufacturing enterprise which mainly produces steel tube.The major process technique is billet,heating,hot rolling,annealing,pickling,cold rolling,cold drawn,final heat treatment,straightening,cutting,surface testing,NDT testing and package.And pickling is one of the most important parts of the process technique.The project could build a unique tube pickling line for mixed type,mixed materials under several demands.This paper combines the reality of pickling line construction project,uses the theory and method of project cost management and sets the resource schedule,cost estimation and budgeting.By analyzing the situation,it could help the enterprise to make a perfect control in all period of the project and fulfill the terminal aim.(1)The cost estimation combines the unique experience of project management of Baosteel,this project set the cost of equipment procurement and cost estimation for human resource and materials.By using the schedule,this paper could fulfill the cost estimation,which will be the base of budgeting.(2)Cost budgeting is using the method of aim cost management to detailed the cost in different period of project.(3)For construct a high-quality,lost-cost automation pickling line for tube manufacture,cost should be controlled in a scientific way,EV is the best solution for this project.Study this paper,fulfill the target in timing and quality could give a positive meaning to the enterprise.According to the real condition,this paper analyses those cost problems during the project period,and analyses the reasons and solutions to assure the bad sides will be avoided and the project will be well done eventually by using the combination ways.And through the study,this paper will lead to the solutions to manage the project effectively. |
