The Indoor Air Pollution And Prevention In Hohhot

Since humans have a long time to stay indoors,then human health has a close relationship with indoor air quality,therefore indoor air quality affects people’s health. With economic developing, categories and amounts of indoor air pollutant are increasing. These toxic substances have been seriously harm human health and living standards.Since the late nineties, Hohhot began a large-scale urban construction.With the rapid development of real estate and the improvement of living conditions, Hohhot also started a craze interior decoration, at the same time, indoor air pollution of Hohhot emerged. Given the above,we study the condition of indoor air pollution of Hohhot.We detected formaldehyde,TVOC,radon,ammonia,gamma rays and other air contaminants of Hohhot indoor air.Moreover,the main public places indoor environmental quality were investigated and analyzed.Through the survey analysis, we found whether renovation,renovated room ventilation and other factors, for residential premises, have a great influence on the quality of indoor air;However,for public places,the main source of indoor air pollutants are decoration products.In addition,public places are very short in the ventilation design and indoor pollutants is difficult to spread to the outside, resulting in deterioration of indoor air quality.During the investigation, we have come to conclusion that specific factors,affecting the indoor air quality is decoration materials, decoration time, decoration degree. The comparative analysis results based on which fitting the shorter the time, the more complex level of decoration and the more materials, chemicals used,the indoor air quality is worse.Finally, we did some research on the resources of indoor air pollutant of Hohhot and provide some recommendations on the declining of indoor air pollution.
