Under the environment of low carbon?environmental protection and energy saving,LNG gradually replaces the original ship fuel as a high calorific value,low-emission green energy.According to DNV GL statistics,by 2020,global orders for new LNG fuel ships will reach 1,000,and there will be more and more LNG bunker in the future.However,the current shortage of filling infrastructure in the LNG supply chain has become one of the obstacles to the development of marine LNG.Because of its good mobility,high filling efficiency,large-scale refueling,and marine refueling,LNG bunker have gradually become the focus of attention in the shipbuilding industry.Due to the hazardous nature of LNG and the need to assume both transportation and refueling functions as a LNG bunker,it also greatly increases the risk of the LNG bunker.This article focuses on the risk analysis of the LNG bunker from the navigation process and the bunkering process.Including the qualitative and quantitative analysis of leaking fire and explosion accidents in the filling process of the filling process,the simulation analysis of the leakage results of the filling operation,and the simulation analysis of the releasing effect of the safety valve of the filling operation.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Introduce the LNG bunker in detail,starting with the water filling features of the LNG bunker,the cargo containment system,the evaporation gas management system,and the application of the natural gas engine on the refueling vessel,and carry out subsequent identification and analysis.(2)Analyze the hazardous characteristics of LNG,start with the low temperature and fire?explosion hazards of ships and crew caused by leakage,and combine the analysis of the navigable process and filling process of LNG bunker to expand the risk of LNG bunker Identification.(3)The accidental tree analysis method was used to qualitatively analyze the accidents of fire and explosion in the bunkering operation of LNG bunkers.The fire and explosion accident tree is simplified and the probability of occurrence of top events and personal risk values are calculated through the determination of the probability of basic events in the accident tree.(4)Introduced the basic functions of PHAST and the models corresponding to the accidents that may occur in LNG bunker.With reference to the international leakage hole range of LNG filling hoses,which is between 10%D and 50mm,select the most vulnerable10mm and the most dangerous 50mm aperture leak.In addition,we do the consequence simulation analysis for the 5000m~3 filling ship,and calculate the dangerous area,the restricted area and the warning area of the 5000m3LNG filling ship,at the same time,consider whether the release of safety valve in the filling operation will affect the deck's consequence simulation,And put forward suggestions on risk control from four aspects:personnel factors,ship equipment factors,management factors and environmental factors.
