Jilin Province Safety In Production Intermediary Service Institutions Development Research

At present,Jilin Province,like other provinces in China,is in the rapid development period of industrialization and urbanization.After years of extensive development,the foundation of safety production in Jilin is still not getting rid of the weak status,all kinds of safety production accidents and natural sudden disasters occur frequently.In addition,the market environment in our province is more than the whole country.With its own characteristics,our province is the old industrial base in Northeast China,the second industry is more important,the resource type minerals are widespread,the small and medium coal mine,the Changchun FAW and Jilin chemical industry are heavy,and the demand and quality of the intermediary service institutions are very large.This urgently needs to accelerate the promotion of Jilin.The development of provincial safety production intermediary service institutions will provide technical and intellectual support for our province's work safety.This is not only an important part of changing the way of economic development in our province,but also an important measure to fully realize the goal and objective of the strategy of security development.Although the development of Jilin province safety production intermediary service institutions has a certain basis,the existing intermediary institutions are small,the technical equipment and service level are relatively backward,and there are many problems to be solved urgently in the aspects of self construction,government management and industry development.At present,there are few studies on the development of intermediary service agency for safety production in China.Most of the discussions and theories are concentrated 10 years ago,and there are almost no academic research on the in-depth analysis of the development of the intermediary service agencies in Jilin province.Under this background,this paper is based on the market research of Jilin Province safe production intermediary service agency,and studies the knowledge and data of the research and the knowledge system of the public management field.In order to find out the existing problems in the construction,government management and industry development of the intermediary service agencies of Jilin Province,this paper puts forward some useful policies and suggestions to promote the development of the intermediary service institutions in Jilin province.
