The world has entered the era of service.The status of the service industry in the social economy and people's life is constantly improving.The competition among various countries has changed from the competition of products to the competition of services.Natural gas is a clean,safe,efficient and economical energy source.The use of natural gas as a fuel to replace gasoline and diesel for urban transportation can greatly reduce the emissions of carbon monoxide,hydrocarbons,and nitrogen oxides from automotive exhaust gas.Natural gas has important implications for improving the air environment in cities.Natural gas vehicles use natural gas as fuel instead of traditional gasoline and diesel.It is an environmentally friendly car and one of the key measures to reduce vehicle exhaust emissions.Therefore,in order to optimize the urban energy structure in Quanzhou,improve the urban atmospheric environment in Quanzhou,and promote sustainable economic and social development,Quanzhou A completed and invested the first natural gas CNG refueling station in Fujian Province in 2009.Up to now,natural gas refueling stations From zero to Quanzhou,Quanzhou has played an increasingly important role in the development of clean energy in Quanzhou.The service level of refueling stations has also been increasingly concerned by the public and business operators.It has not only become an important indicator to measure the development of gas stations,but also is an important factor for the competitiveness of gas filling stations.As an important transportation energy supplier in Quanzhou,auto refueling stations have also faced the challenge of diversifying customer service requirements and their own service levels in recent years.Therefore,in order to be able to adapt to changes in the needs of customers,gas stations need to continuously improve their service levels.This is the purpose of this article to further study the strategy for improving the service level of gas stations.This article selects the refueling station of Quanzhou A Company as the research object,introduces the service status of refueling stations,including the basic overview of refueling stations,analyzes the user types and service requirements of refueling stations,and elaborates the service management of refueling stations.The system assesses the service of the filling stations through questionnaires,and analyzes the insufficiency of the service.It also analyzes the internal and external environment of the stations by using the PEST analysis method and Pete's five-force model and SWOT model;The service improvement measures were put forward from the aspects of environment,service concept,service system construction and combination products,etc.,to solve the practical problems in the service management of gas stations,and finally realize the improvement of the service quality of gas stations.This article has carried on the preliminary analysis to the service management of the refueling station,emphasizing on the analysis of the improvement measures of the service management of the refueling station,hoping to play a valuable role in the relevant research of the refueling station.
