Gas station is the main oil products retail terminals and it is closely related to the livelihood of peoples.With the homogenization of physical products,service has become a new entry point and a new profit growth point for the implementation of competitive differentiation on gas station in China.At the same time,the rapid development of internet,mobile communication and cloud computing technology etc,greatly changed people's life style,consumption habits and the gas station business environment.Service innovation has become an important factor in gas station enterprises to build and maintain the competitive advantage.Many the existing service models of our country including the F oil company gas station have been unable to adapt to the development of the new environment and need innovation.At present,there is very little research on service innovation in the service field of gas station.Therefore,this study hopes that it not only can try to explore the inherent law of service innovation activities of the gas station and provide a theoretical reference for the F oil company gas station about service model innovation,but also provide some reference for other gas stations to innovate theirs service models.Firstly,this study learns and sorts out for the service related basic theory,service innovation theory and the theory of service literature on gas station.Secondly,under the guidance of the theories,this study analyzes the conditions,types and methods of gas station,combined with the characteristics of gas station enterprises and the domestic about the existing service models overview of foreign relevant national gas station.And the system theory about innovative activity of service mode on gas station is realized.Then,this study analyzes the problems and the reasons of the service model of the F oil company gas station.Through the study,it found that the F oil company gas station basically have the conditions to carry out the service model innovation at this stage.Along the value chain of "station-oil-car-person",the main innovation contents of the F oil company gas station are realizing semi self-service,selected goods for customers,providing new practical convenience services and riching internet service in current stage.In the choice of the type of innovation should be combined with its own situation.The main choices about the F oil company gas station are multi subject cooperation model,professional market segments service model as well as online selling oil model the three kinds of innovative types.Finally,this study makes a systematic discussion on realization countermeasures of the F oil company gas station from six aspects.They are as follows:intensifying foundations of management,strengthening the innovation of enterprise culture,enhancing the management of talents,increasing institutional innovation,taking full advantage of the resources on ZH oil group and doing a good job in innovation management.Through the research on the innovation of service model on the F oil company gas station,this study completes the application of the theory and truly achieve the purpose of theory to guide practice.
