The construction of the iron and steel logistics park is a key link in the development of the iron and steel industry. As the demand for the iron and steel industry has picked up in recent years, the planning and layout of the park has become the focus of attention.Through investigation,it is found that the current construction layout of the steel logistics park is relatively lagging, and the existing problems have not been effectively improved. In particular, there are a large number of vehicle queuing and cargo space problems in the park. The reason is that there was no effective planning for the overall layout of the park in the early stage of construction. In particular, the chaos of the steel yard made the entire park operate inefficiently, with a low level of logistics services and high operating costs. This article takes the Maanshan Iron and Steel Group Gangchen Logistics Park as the research object, analyzes the operation of the rebar yard, finds out the problems and causes of the cargo location planning, and reduces the stay time of the delivery vehicles in the yard.Optimize the layout and travel route of the rebar yard.First of all,for the 77012 historical orders of rebar,64 types of rebar were classified using the EIQ-ABC analysis method, and the steel types with high frequency of outbound and large circulation volume were selected as the focus of optimization of the layout.Calculate the correlation with each other. Finally, parameter settings and rule settings are performed in the Any Logic software, loaded with outbound order data from October 2017 to August 2018,simulated on the basis of the cargo location optimization plan, and picked up the queuing time and total length of stay of vehicles in the park, and the layout plan is displayed in a visual way.It can be seen from the simulation results that the queuing time of a single vehicle in the park has been reduced by 15%,and the total stay time has been reduced by 33%.
