Research On Quality Risk Management Of Wind-proof NET Project In Storage Yard In Huanghua Port

The comprehensive strength of Huanghua port is not only in capacity,but also in environmental protection and regional economic development.In 12 th Five-Year,the national plan clearly pointed out that the environmental protection measures should be strengthened.The important way to protect the environment of the open coal yard is to reduce the concentration of coal dust,and the construction of the windproof net is one of the effective measures to reduce the concentration of pulverized coal dust.This paper mainly studies the whole process of risk management in the construction of the windproof net,and finds out the important factors to the risk.Factor evaluation is very critical,which is of great significance for the research of this paper.The research of quality risk has been applied in many fields,but no one has done the research on the wind protection net project.It is of great significance to the long-term development of Huanghua port and the protection of the environment.As an important project,it is necessary to make the quality of the one or two phase wind protection net project in Huanghua port.Risk management research.This paper summarizes and analyzes the research status,content,research method and theory of project risk management at home and abroad.Combining the status of project management in the one or two stage of Huanghua harbor and the characteristics of the wind protection network project itself,the wind protection net project is taken as the research object,the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis is adopted,and the analytic hierarchy process is used.The method identifies the risk factors that affect the quality of the windproof net,establishes the level structure model of the quality risk of the windproof net project,determines the main factors that affect the quality risk,sorts the main factors and makes the measures to control the risk,not only improves the quality of the wind net project,but also has the level of quality risk management.Greater improvement can also provide some reference for risk management of similar projects.
