Application And Analysis Of MES System In Factory Construction

With the development of production and the increase of demand,the enterprises need to have stronger targeted systems to help themselves to achieve different production and management goals.The content of this paper focus on some functions of an MES system.Innovative modification and optimization come up,and complete this work with a way of the whole process of developing a system.The paper mainly includes the function study of the four modules: brand management,the forum,document retrieval and password setting.And the main operations are add,delete,modify and search the data,that is,all kinds of operations on data.But different modules have their own operation specifications and characteristics.In this paper,it redesigned the forum and the password setting.At first,there is just one forum in the whole system for all users to use.Because there are tens of research projects in the system,to make it convenient for users to use,promote efficient communication of each research projects,it makes each research project have a forum.In addition,to enhance the security of the system,there is a function of reminding the user to change the password regularly for the password setting.For the above purposes,this paper uses some useful classes based on common development techniques of JAVA,such as timer,POI(Poor Obfuscation Implementation),and AJAX(Asynchronous JavaScript And XML).And now,after the redesign of the functions,the system can better protect data security in use,promote the smooth progress of research projects in the production process,and increase users’ understanding of the progress of different research projects.Through the integrated use of these technologies,the final MES system can better meet users’ demand for practical use.
