| This paper is mainly based on the material flow of Baotou Steel Company as the basic demand orientation,taking the basic demand of procurement management,inventory management and data statistics as the starting point,aiming to solve the problems of low efficiency and management confusion in the original material management through information construction.The system uses Java EE system architecture,MVC(model view controller)development architecture and DB2 database management.Through the development of these technical means,the material management system can effectively solve the problem of low efficiency of material use caused by information confusion,which mainly includes the occurrence of material wrong receiving and missing collection due to information confusion,serious material backlog and shortage,low work efficiency of business personnel,serious waste of material resources,and strict production of the company Heavy impact.Through the research of material system,three functional modules are used to meet the demand of material circulation.It is mainly divided into three parts.First,system requirements analysis.Through the investigation of material purchasing and material using departments,we can understand the circulation process of material business and the actual problems.Through the analysis of the operation of the process and the causes of the problems,the system function is described.Second,system function design.According to the description of the system function,the detailed design of the system structure,module function,data table design,etc.Third,the implementation conditions and test results of the system are presented.After the development of the system,the expected target is well completed in the trial operation stage.This system improves the work efficiency of Baotou Steel material purchasing department and storage department,material use efficiency bill of lading,effectively eliminates the waste of materials and reduces the company's manufacturing cost. |
