| The progress of society has promoted the development of science and technology and has improved people’s living standard.At the same time,it has also promoted the human pursuit of higher quality of life,and has greatly enhanced the awareness of prevention of diseases from the mouth.Food safety has long been the focus of attention of all mankind,but the malignant incidents of food safety still occur from time to time in China.Such as fake eggs,water injection meat,Sudan red and other malignant food safety cases.If the entire food production chain can be traced back to the responsibility of the individual and to each specific person.If consumers know about the process and environment of food production,they will know if the food they buy is qualified.Considering the limitation of the development of food traceability technology,a food traceability system based on Java Web was designed in this paper.Through the application of the system,consumers,producers,management supervisors can make the inquiry and supervision of the food production process to improve the awareness of prevention,reduce the harm caused by food safety.According to the characteristics of pork production,the main research includes:(1)The combination of RFID,DNA technology and QR code.The DNA recognition is read and written into the RFID tag and circulated in the pork production chain.Then the information of the RFID tag with the DNA recognition is changed into the existence form of anticounterfeiting two-dimension code,which enables consumers to check the pork information by scanning the QR code on the mobile phone.(2)The selection of information acquisition terminal equipment focuses on the PDA terminal in each link of the mode development;The emphasis of the analysis of pork is from the raising to sales of each circulation link,and traceability information screening in each link,so as to facilitate the system of pork query traceability.(3)In the system,middleware is adopted to process heterogeneous data,and an adaptive template data parsing algorithm is proposed.In order to improve the recognition efficiency of RFID tags,the binary tree algorithm is studied and its algorithm rules are changed.The simulation results show that the improved algorithm obviously increases the speed of tag recognition.(4)The design of traceability platform.The system Web was written by Java Web,and the query platform and subsystem platform of Web end based on B / S architecture were designed and implemented.The establishment of the database table was analyzed by using MySQL. |
