F-12 aramid fibers contain amide bonds inside,but the amide bond exists between the two benzene rings,there is a large"space steric hindrance"effect,it is difficult to form hydrogen bonds,so the surface activity of F-12 aramid fibers Very poor.To improve the adhesion between F-12 aramid fiber and rubber,it is necessary to modify the F-12 aramid fiber.The experiment selected filaments with a fineness of 2048dtex(1024dtex bunched filaments combo),a fabric with an areal density of 320g/cm~2,the density is84 roots/10cm,and a weft density of 74 roots/10cm.The process to achieve the purpose of increasing the surface active groups of the fabric.Film forming modification process.The modification method used the main reagent-coupling agent-RFL resin.By testing the film formation after modification of the main reagent-coupling agent,the amount of the main reagent was determined.The amount of coupling agent and the type of the best coupling agent corresponding to the main reagent were determined by testing the hydrophilic height of the fabric treated with the main reagent-coupling agent and the extraction strength and breaking strength after impregnating the RFL resin;Fiber etching modification process.Using xygen plasma treatment.Through single-factor experiments,the hydrophilic height and breaking strength of the treated fibers were tested to determine the optimal scheme.On the basis of single factor,the comprehensive experimental conditions were determined by orthogonal experiments.Comprehensively compare the pull-out strength and breaking strength of the treated filaments after the two-bath treatment,and determine whether the modification methods are good or not.Based on the optimal solution,the two-bath modified fabrics were subjected to"strip"rubber vulcanization treatment.By testing the peel strength between the vulcanized and the fabrics,the optimal two modification schemes were determined.The stripping curves of the two optimal solutions were analyzed;the“dumb-bell”and single-and double-layer fabrics were vulcanized on the two optimal modified fabrics,and the thickness,breaking strength,and elongation at break of the molded materials were tested.Fabrics were subjected to"strip"vulcanization molding bending fatigue test aging tests to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the two modification methods.Choosing 1100dtex F-12 aramid fiber weaves five fabric structures and three warp and weft configuration types,and then weaves the finished fabrics with epoxy-polyisocyanate-RFL resin to measure peel strength and breaking strength.Determine the optimal fabric organization and warp-weft configuration type.F-12 fiber is currently the most outstanding aramid fiber,its heterocyclic structure makes it better than Ordinary para-aramid in terms of flexibility,strong performance,fatigue resistance,etc.;F-12 aramid fiber density low weight Light,can greatly reduce the energy consumption during transportation,so in theory the fiber is the best material for the conveyor belt.This subject through in-depth study to prove its excellent performance as a conveyor belt skeleton material.Taking into account the cost issues,F-12 aramid fiber skeleton material will be more suitable for ultra-thin conveyor belts.The research results complement and improve the modification theory of aramid fiber,and also have a good guiding significance for exploring the new application fields of F-12 fiber and the production of the enterprise.
