Sustainable development is the main theme of today’s society.How to find alternative resources is an extremely urgent task in the face of the increasingly depleted metal ore situation.With the development of science and technology,it has become a reality to re-sort and reuse scrap metal as an alternative metal source,which has become an important means of sustainable development of major resources.The crushing production line of scrap metal is the most effective mechanical production line for sorting and utilizing scrap metal at present.It is the only way to replace the traditional manual beating and shearing methods.The monitoring technology of the crushing production line is the core monitoring technology for the smooth operation of the crushing production line of scrap metal,which can improve the efficiency of sorting and disposing scrap metal and guarantee it.The safety of scrap metal crushing production line is of great significance.By analyzing the working principle and production line composition of waste metal flat crushing production line,aiming at each component of waste metal flat crushing production line and combining with the status quo of production line monitoring technology at home and abroad,the characteristics of chain conveyor,belt conveyor,crushing host system,magnetic separator and hydraulic system monitoring technology are studied respectively.At the same time,this paper focuses on the load control of crushing main engine.On the basis of describing the basic control theory of crushing main engine load control,this paper analyses the load unevenness of crushing main engine under the conditions of too much feed,difficult to crush metal,insufficient feed and easy crushing of materials,and studies the different problems.The feed speed control method under the question is designed to achieve load balancing feed speed controller,and the designed controller is verified by simulation.In order to ensure the feasibility of the monitoring technology and method proposed in this paper,a monitoring system for scrap metal crushing production line is designed.The system mainly consists of front-end sensors,distributed control layer and centralized control layer.The realization method of automatic control for scrap metal crushing production line based on PLC is studied,and the system is paired with configuration software.The control program and field control interface are designed,and the crushing of scrap metal is tested.The results show that the technology proposed in this paper is effective and the design is reasonable.
