In order to meet the demand of automatic load changing of the hollow sub device in steel enterprises,the medium release or insufficient supply of the medium caused by manual load change is avoided.According to statistics,the proportion of oxygen release of iron and steel enterprises in our country is generally in 7%~12%,and some have been high to 20%.The implementation of automatic load change is of great practical significance.The oxygen,nitrogen and argon produced by the air separation unit are the important energy medium in the production process of iron and steel enterprises.Because of the gas fluctuation in steelmaking,the air separation device is needed to change the load,but the speed of manual load change is slow,which leads to the release of oxygen and economic loss.The problem of the change of the working condition during the load changing process of the air separation unit and the change law of the working condition parameters are analyzed and studied.A controller based on control variables is designed and constructed,and the controlled variable is the control target and the disturbance variable is the target influence factor.A model of controlled variable and control variable in variable load process is established,and automatic load shifting is applied.The research shows that the use of multivariable predictive control can be applied to the automatic load changing control of the air separation unit to realize the automatic load change of the air separation unit.It is of great practical significance to carry out the automatic load control project,and the manual load change is solved,and the phenomenon of untimely adjustment or adjustment lag is found.
