| Coking wastewater contains large amounts of organic pollutants-polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.It caused great harm for the environment and human beings.At present,ammonia nitrogen,benzene and phenol in coking wastewater have relatively mature treatment technologies,and there are few PAHs treatment technologies.Therefore,it is of great significance to study PAHs treatment technologies.In order to study the removal efficiency of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in coking wastewater,a microwave oven was used to heat the coking wastewater.With activated carbon,steel slag and silicon carbide as the absorbing medium,ultrasonic extraction,high performance liquid chromatography detection technology,qualitative and quantitative analysis of microwave control parameters and physical parameters of absorbing medium on the PAHs in the treatment of PAHs and the effect of treatment process on the p H and COD of coking wastewater,the study results as follows:(1)PAHs in coking wastewater mainly include bicyclic and tricyclic rings.The increase of microwave temperature can increase the removal rate of PAHs,the maximum removal rate of PAHs is about 55% ~ 60%,and the highest removal rates of PAHs are 59% and 68 respectively;coking wastewater after treatment p H 7.78.(2)Through the analysis of activated carbon,steel slag and silicon carbide three absorbing media treatment effect shows that tar activated carbon as the absorbing medium is more conducive to the degradation of PAHs,when the mass of tar activated carbon is 5g,the total removal rate of PAHs is 54%,and the maximum removal rates of PAHs are 51% and 96% respectively.With the increase of activated carbon mass,the removal rate of PAHs increases.(3)Green silicon carbide and microwave co-treatment can better reduce the coking wastewater p H,green silicon carbide quality of 5g,the p H was 7.89.(4)Tar activated carbon as the absorbing medium,coking wastewater COD removal the best,the maximum COD removal rate of 43%. |
