Since the 21 st century,with the deepening of human understanding of environmental protection,environmental problems caused by the coking aroused more and more attention.Especially in the coking flue gas,there are a large number of the United States EPA priority recommended treatment of 16 PAHs: Naphthalene,Acenaphthene,Acenaphthylene,Fluorene,Phenanthrene,Anthracene,Fluoranthene,Pyrene,Benzo [a] anthracene,Benzo [b]fluoranthene,Benzo [k] fluoranthene,Benzo [a] pyrene,Indene [123-cd] pyrene,Dibenzo [a,h] anthracene,Benzo [g,h,i] perylene.In the coking industry,the PAHs in flue gas cause serious harm to human respiratory tract and other organseasily,leading to lung cancer,esophageal cancer and other diseases.Microwave,as a clean,energy-saving and environmentally friendly treatment technology,is conducive to coking flue gas in the PAH processing.In this paper,the temperature field of 40 kg laboratory coke oven is simulated by FLUENT software,and the temperature range of PAHs produced by coking process is 700 ~ 1000 ?.The pyrolysis gas was produced by vertical electric furnace simulation,and it was dealt with by passing through a microwave tube furnace.The PAHs were collected by dichloromethane and glass fiber,and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The influence of different treatment temperature and absorbing medium condition on the effect of microwave treatment of PAHs in coke-making flue gas was studied,which provided a reliable theoretical basis for the end treatment of PAHs in coke-making flue gas.The results showed that the treatment efficiency of PAHs in flue gas was 37.30% when the microwave temperature was 400 ?,and the treatment effect of PAHs was the best among the 16 kinds of PAHs.Through the processing and analysis of the ring number of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,the treatment effect of four rings and five rings of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is better the influence of particle size and dosage of activated carbon and silicon carbide on PAHs treatment was studied.When the active carbon was used as the absorbing medium,with its size 6mm and the mass5 g,the treatment efficiency of PAHs in coke flue gas is the best when the microwave treatment was 400 ?,and the treatment efficiency is 44.76%.When silicon carbide is used as absorbing medium,with the microwave's temperature of 400 ? and the amount of200 mesh powdered silicon carbide 6g,the treatment efficiency was up to 49.10%.The microwave temperature was400 ? while the diameter of the activated carbon was 4mm,the treatment efficiency of PAHs was the best,which was up to 90% or more.
