The microwave-Fenton was used to catalyzed and oxidized the coking plant wastewater which from a certain steel company in this article. And then, the technique combined with white rot fungus treatment to treat the wastewater. At first, phenol wastewater was used to instead of coking plant wastewater and three different catalyzing methods. After the condition-experiment, All the results would be showed in the following. The removal efficiency of light- catalyzing was 18.1%.And that of ultrasonic- catalyzing could achieve 63.84% with 68.7% high removal efficiency of microwave-Fenton catalyzing. After the integrated comparision, the microwave-Fenton catalyzing would be involved to treat the practical coking plant wastewater. The best conditions would be gained from single and orthogonal experiments. The ideal conditions were: pH=3; microwave power was 350W; heating time was ten minutes; the dosage of active carbon was 0.6g with H2O2(30%) 2.5ml. At the ideal conditions, the COD of treated water was 86.7mg/L from its original 3200mg/L, with high 97.3% removal efficiency. At the same time, the KMnO4 would be introduced to screen the effect of superfluous H2O2.Some affect-factors of the white rot fungus treatment of coking plant wastewater had been studied. It could conclude that: with the temperature 30℃,pH=6.5, the white rot fungus grew well and the removal efficiency was best. The COD of output was 580mg/L from its original 3200mg/L, with only 81.9% removal efficiency. When the microwave-Fenton catalyzing was involved to deeper treatment, the removal efficiency can achieved 97.87%. The output water can pour out under the GB.
