The design of clean room air conditioning system in the traditional Chinese medicine factory is very important to ensure the quality of the drug production.The purpose of clean room air conditioning system in Chinese medicine factory is to minimize the pollution and cross contamination of drugs,create a controlled environment to meet the production process requirements for drug production,so as to produce qualified medicines to ensure people's health and safety.In this paper,the air conditioning system of a real room of a Chinese medicine factory is studied,and FLUENT software is used to simulate and compare the air return air form of the room air conditioning system.By changing the form of the return air system and the number of air supply outlets,the design scheme of the air conditioning system suitable for the room is selected.The results show that the return air form is more suitable for the room than the lateral one.And the production of room dust equipment of dust removal system design and simulation,by changing the size of the gas-collecting hood and change the distance between the gas-collecting hood and out of the dust source,dust removal system design is more suitable for the room.For this room,in order not to affect the operation process of the room staff,the dust collection is set up near the dust source to collect dust from the room.Simulations using the Fluent software to room dust,to simulate the trajectory by each particle of dust trajectory graph can tell whether the gas-collecting hood and the arrangement of gas collecting cover for the influence of the room air distribution.Through the experimental comparison,it can be seen that the closer the gas cap is to the source of pollution,the better the dust catcher is.However,in the layout,we should try to avoid affecting the operation process of staff.The conclusion can provide some basis for the design of similar clean air conditioning engineering.
