| There is an internal relationship between the parameters of suction and dust collecting device of sewing machine and its working performance.In this paper,the mathematical model of dust collector is established through mechanism research,and simulation analysis and experimental research are carried out by choosing different parameter combinations.The specific contents include:(1)Theoretical analysis: The working mechanism of the suction and dust collecting device is studied,and the Euler two-fluid model and Euler-Lagrange discrete phase mathematical model of the device are established,including its mechanism and Newton similarity criterion,Reynolds similarity criterion,Froude similarity criterion,Euler similarity criterion,and the formulation of dynamic equation to lay a theoretical foundation for the follow-up study;(2)Simulating simulation: using FLUENT fluid simulation software to carry out simulation simulation,establishing three-dimensional model of suction and dust collecting device according to actual size,changing the parameters of suction outlet area to carry out three groups of simulation,changing the volume parameters of dust collecting barrel to carry out two groups of simulation,the influence of the effective area of suction outlet on the operation effect and efficiency of the device is explored,and the simulation results are analyzed accordingly;(3)Experimental verification: The experimental scheme is determined based on the experimental requirements,and the experimental platform is built according to the mathematical model.Three groups of control variable experiments including changing the power of fan,the effective area of suction port and the volume of dust collecting barrel to measure the wind speed,flow rate and pressure respectively,and a group of orthogonal experiments,and the response time experiments of changing the air speed of suction port and the volume of dust collecting barrel were carried out.Through a series of research work,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)With the increase of fan power and effective area of suction outlet,fan voltage increases and wind speed accelerates.Through the trend of curve analysis,it can be concluded that electric power,wind speed in pipe,flow rate in pipe and pressure in dust collecting barrel are approximately proportional;(2)With the increase of the volume of suction barrel,the wind speed and the pressure in the barrel increase first and then decrease.In application,choosing the appropriate volume of suction barrel can make the device more effective in use,better display its performance and improve work efficiency;(3)By changing the electric power value,the effective area of suction outlet and the volume of suction barrel,the results of measurement are compared horizontally and longitudinally.It is known that the size of suction barrel and the selection of electric power should be moderate,and the larger the effective area of suction duct is,the better;(4)When other conditions are constant,the larger the wind speed at the suction duct orifice,the longer the response time of the device from start-up to stable operation.When the same wind speed at the suction duct orifice,the larger the volume of the dust collecting barrel,the shorter the response time;the smaller the volume of the dust collecting barrel,the longer the response time. |
