| Methanol is widely used as a kind of basic chemical raw materials.It’s mainly used in fine chemical industry,plastic and other fields,and is also the important raw materials of pesticide and medicine.Methanol is also becoming a new type of clean fuel after deep processed.In Hebei Xuyang Coking Co.Ltd.,the methanol system using coke oven gas as raw material,using copper based catalyst in methanol synthesis under medium pressure.In this process,residual tar in coal gas after reciprocating compressor was removed by tar adsorbent.The adsorbent abnormal powder phenomenon,affecting the normal production,this phenomenon was discussed here.According to the characteristics of the powder adsorbent and the practice of production.Compare the powder adsorbent and the complete adsorbent,with different process conditions were simulated,the reasons of adsorbent crushed were analyzed.And the theoretical analysis is carried out through experiments.The main reasons for the adsorption crushed apace are:(1)The poor quality of sorbent loading not standardized;(2)The fluctuation of the air flow makes adsorbent roll in the bed;(3)The gas velocity is increased by the gradual thinning of the air passage;(4)The saturation of benzene,naphthalene,oil and water;(5)Attachment made up of heavy component and acid substance;With limit of gas flow,and the loading program is modified,this problem is solved,so that the abnormal phenomenon of adsorbent crushed is significantly improved,the service life of adsorbent reached the design value.Through these technological transformation,the production process is more stable.At the same time,about 1,300,000 yuan of production cost could be saved every year. |
