As young people born in the '80s and'90s went to work,they started to take on the heavy burden of work,and these new,new generation of employees,became the most important drivers of the business.The new generation of employees has a high cultural level and strong learning ability and can quickly adapt to new tasks.They are passionate,energetic and creative,but at the same time they are psychologically fragile,too eager to enjoy life,and lack the quality of hard work.As employee engagement has become the focus of academia,management consulting,research the influence factors of new generation employee engagement,explore the countermeasures of improve the level of engagement,has practical and theoretical and practical significance.Based on the author's company,this paper studies the improvement measures of the employee's engagement in the new generation.Through the review of the literature,this paper expounds the research situation of the theory of engagement and the new generation of employees' concept and characteristics.In this paper,the author makes an empirical study on the employee engagement of JSZY company in two ways.One is through the interview to the new generation employee engagement field understanding,refining the main factors that influence the new generation employee engagement,the staff of career development,the demands of the organizational justice of the degree of match experience,personal and organizational values and recognition of leadership.Second,through the questionnaire survey,the author analyzed the problems existing in the new generation employee engagement of JSZY company and the relevant demands of the new generation of employees on how to improve their engagement.In this paper,the problem is obtained through research:(1)poor performance evaluation and distribution system,resulting in a low sense of fairness of employees' organization.(2)lack of career management and vocational training,resulting in unsatisfactory development needs of employees.(3)the traditional and dignified leadership of state-owned enterprises cannot effectively drive the new generation of employees.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the employee engagement of JSZY company.
