Design And Creative Characteristic Research In The Jin Cuisine System

Tableware is indispensable to people eating life appliance,is not only a food containers,also reflected the people's diet culture concept.After it evolved with diet culture development and gradually improve,and with age,regional factors such as presents different art forms.Shanxi food culture has a vital position in China's food culture,jin dish under the system of tableware design also has its own unique charm.This article first expounds the diet culture of Shanxi Province,and the relationship between food culture with tableware,discussion in the history of the development of the food system,and its for SanJin tableware modelling characteristic,the influence of the way of creation.For SanJin area regional traditional culture and diet culture are analyzed in detail,by investigating the collected historical records,research summarizes SanJin region development and the historical evolution of traditional tableware.Based on literature and field data collecting and organizing,and combined with the local people of interview records and design theory knowledge,diet culture under the background of this article for different periods SanJin tableware in the whole region,the function of the drink for all kinds of tableware,form and sense of creation are summarized and analyzed,and explore the diet culture under the background of tableware the aesthetic and artistic value.Through the traditional concept of jin food system tableware creation research analysis,to further explore the shanxi jin dish under the system of tableware,tea,wine,kitchen utensils and appliances and pasta tools creation method and the design idea,finally expounds the traditional jin food tableware enlightenment to modern design.
