Research On The Design Of Tableware For The Elderly Under Emotional Care

Since the end of the 19 th century,many countries have gradually entered the aging society.Until today,with the rapid growth of the proportion of the elderly group,the population structure has gradually changed.The increasing aging population has become a social problem that all countries must face.The development of the elderly,a special group,has also attracted much attention due to the overall change of population structure.After entering the 1980 s,in order to meet the new market opportunities and better meet the needs of the elderly,the World Health Organization put forward the theory of "healthy aging".Scientific researchers have shown that: products specially designed for the elderly can not only help them cope with the degradation of physical,psychological and cognitive abilities caused by age growth,but also improve their potential social risks and technical inadaptability in life to a certain extent.But in reality,the development speed of design and production of elderly products in China is far behind the aging population in China.As for the daily commodities for the elderly in China,apart from the common products such as crutches and wheelchairs,there are few other products that show concern for the elderly.In view of the above phenomenon,this paper focuses on emotional tableware for the elderly.Tableware,as a medium to link food,is an indispensable product in daily life.Through the study of the psychological and sensory characteristics of the elderly,as well as their eating habits and emotional expression,it is the starting point of emotional design of tableware.Based on the applicability of tableware,from its shape,color,ergonomics and other factors,and the problems easily encountered by families and elderly groups in the use process,in-depth and detailed research and analysis.From the perspective of caring and caring for the elderly,a set of special tableware is designed,which can not only fully meet the visual,tactile and other feelings of the elderly,but also solve the quality problem of daily diet due to the absence of children.The research is defined from how to better meet the needs of the elderly with daily ceramics which are convenient for the elderly.To care for the elderly as the center of the subject,to find the relationship between the elderly and emotional needs,to create emotional tableware to meet the elderly,and call more government departments,manufacturers and designers to pay more attention to the importance of daily necessities design for the elderly.
