With economic development entering a period of stable and rapid growth,more and more countries are gradually aware of the increasingly significant environmental issues.Among them,the most national concern is the issue of global warming.In response to this issue,all countries in the world have proposed corresponding emission reduction targets.As the largest developing country,China’s energy consumption level has always been in a "leadership" position in the international arena,facing the dual pressure of the people’s increasing living standards and environmental friendly development.Especially in the construction industry,according to statistics,China’s construction industry accounts for more than 20%of energy consumption.As a "big player" in energy consumption,solving the high energy consumption and high pollution problems in the construction industry is a low-carbon goal for China.The indispensable link,especially at present,there is no uniform research model and method for building carbon emissions in China,and there are still controversies about how to carry out energy-saving and emission reduction measures in the construction industry.As China’ s political,cultural,and economic center,Beijing itself has an irreplaceable economic and political status.With the emergence of "fog and haze days" and "PM2.5",Beijing’s environmental development and the implementation of policy have been achieved.The continuous attention of scholars and experts from all walks of life.Therefore,the focus of this study will be on the carbon emissions from the construction industry in Beijing.An analysis of the factors affecting the carbon emissions from the construction industry in Beijing was conducted at the industry level.In addition,on the basis of this analysis,a preliminary study was conducted on the carbon trading mechanism in the Beijing construction industry.The main contents of this article are:(1)Through the analysis of the decoupling model,explore the parallel linkage between the economic growth and environmental pollution in the Beijing construction industry.(2)The input-output method was used to calculate the total carbon emissions of Beijing’s construction industry.The input-output table was used to calculate the pull coefficient of carbon emissions from various industries to the construction industry.(3)Based on the carbon emissions data of the construction industry,use the IO-SDA model to analyze the impact of energy intensity factors,complete demand coefficients,and final demand coefficients on the energy consumption of the construction industry.(4)Scenario analysis is used to analyze the changes in the social benefits and carbon trading volume in Beijing under changing carbon tax and carbon quota.
