TATP and DADP are dangerous products used by terrorists.On the one hand,raw materials have a wide range of sources and are cheap and easy to get,on the other hand,the explosive power has high sensitivity and little residue.which are often used by terrorists to carry out the explosion terrorist attacks.Due to the lack of chromosomes and nitrates in the molecular structure of TATP and DADP,the current safety inspection techniques and equipments used in China can not identify and detect TATP and DADP effectively.Through the study of the physical and chemical properties,inspection and testing equipment of TATP and DADP explosives,we plan to form a set of technical methods for the detection of TATP and DADP explosives for civil aviation safety inspection.The specific research contents are as follows:The preparations process of TATP and DADP were studied.The effects of acid dosage,reactant mixture ratio,reaction time and reaction temperature on the reaction results were discussed by single factor method.The sensitivities and work abilities of TATP and DADP were studied By determining the mechanical sensitivity,detonator sensitivity,static spark sensitivity,thermal sensitivity,flame sensitivity and drop safety according to related standards and under common triggering mode,the safety performance of TATP and DADP was studied comprehensively.The results showed that the sensitivities of pure TATP and DADP were very high(except the impact sensitivity of DADP),which were similar to primary explosive.In comparison,the reaction solutions(samples were not purified)had sensitivities significantly lower than their counterparts,as same as 8#detonator only under the condition of strong constraint.Volatile and volatile residue characteristics of the TATP and DADP were studied under laboratory conditions.The volatiles of TATP and DADP were detected,and the volatile components of TA-TP and DADP were determined by TG-DSC-MS-IR The tests show that the volatility of the sample is large in the natural condition,and the volatility is further increased when the wind speed is larger around them.TATP is not decomposed in the range of 30 ??80 ?,only volatilization.DADP was decomposed in the range of 30 ??8?.TATP and DADP were prepared by single factor method.The purity is up to 99%and the yield is up to 93%.Through the research on the physical and chemical properties and safety performance of the samples,it is found that the high vapor pressure of the samples can be used to enrich the samples through the blower device,which is a breakthrough for achieving high flux identification and detection samples.
