The security inspection of ships passing through locks is of great significance to ensure the safety of water locks and other water conservancy facilities or shipping waters,and to eliminate the possible safety risks of ships passing through locks in a timely manner.In order to further strengthen the safety management of the Yangtze River shipping and the three Gorges Dam,the Ministry of Transport promulgated the interim measures for Safety Inspection of ships passing through the locks of the three Gorges Project on the Yangtze River in January 2018,which is different from the previous random inspection of some ships.The method requires 100%security inspection of ships passing through locks.In recent years,with the increase of the number of ships passing through the gate and the increase of the work load in the new security check method,the work intensity of security check personnel is constantly increasing.Therefore,an efficient security check and verification method is urgently needed to promote the security check of ships passing through the gate more safely,effectively and quickly.he CENTRAL Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and the State Council have explicitly required the improvement of the Intelligent information system for shipping along the Yangtze River to achieve connectivity between different transport information systems.Therefore,while realizing the efficient security inspection of ships passing through the gate,it is the core issue of this paper to strengthen the application of information technology in the work of ships passing through the gate,realize the remote,intelligent and zero-contact security inspection of ships passing through the gate,further improve the efficiency of security inspection and reduce the intensity of security inspection.This study is based on the science and technology project "Intelligent Integration Research of ship passing Lock Security Inspection" of the Yangtze River three Gorges Navigation Administration,and on the basis of full.investigation and analysis of the current security inspection of ships passing through the lock,first of all,this paper studies the realization mode of the disembarkation security inspection of the ships passing through the lock,completes the design of the intelligent integrated system of disembarkation security inspection,and analyzes and expounds the system structure framework and the.functions of each subsystem.A one-secret digital watermarking algorithm was proposed to solve the authenticity verification requirement of ship's uploaded images in the security check of leaving ship,and a simulation experiment was conducted to extract the contents of ship's certificate combined with Tesseract open source library.Then it makes a research on the realization of the qualification examination of the personnel on board and the ship in the disembarkation security inspection.Face recognition technology is used to solve the problem of crew identity recognition,and a face detection algorithm based on skin color and Haar-like feature recognition is adopted to improve the accuracy of face detection results in complex environments such as cabins.Combined with"Rainbow soft Live Detection engine",live detection is verified on the basis of face recognition.A one-time digital watermarking algorithm is proposed to solve the need for authenticity verification of the image uploaded by the ship during the ship's security inspection,and a simulation experiment is carried out with the Tesseract open source library to extract the contents of the ship certificate.Finally,in order to meet the height limit detection requirements of the ship lift,a ship super elevation detection system based on the combination of laser beam shielding and laser scanning technology is designed,and the long-span side scan ship draft detection system is tested in the laboratory and in the field.Through simulation analysis and experimental tests in different environments,such as laboratory and field,the feasibility of the technical approach of the scheme is verified.this study can lay a technical foundation for the development of efficient ship disembarkation security inspection system.it provides theoretical support for the development of navigation informatization and the construction of "intelligent security inspection" platform in the three Gorges.
