Electric monorail is an important part of the hot-dip galvanizing process,the better control of electric monorail is vital.At present,the existing electric monorail crane control of our country are mostly wired control,which is complicated and relatively backward,and has many disadvantages such as low level of automation,more human cost and low industrial efficiency of the galvanized production line.Therefore,it is imperative to design an advanced control system which can significantly enhance production efficiency and reduce labor costs for company's development.Based on the hot-dip galvanizing production line of a company as design object,this paper deeply analyzes the hot-dip galvanizing production process,combined with the actual needs of the production of the original linear orbit designed as a ring-like orbit,and according to the requirement of six electric monorails on the orbit,the operator station adopts a custom wireless communication method to solve the control lines winding problem in the ring-like orbit.The power supply of each electric monorail suspension on the ring-like orbit is provided by a trolley wire brush device installed on the orbit,and the Hall sensor device is installed to realize the accurate positioning of the electric monorail on the corresponding orbit location points of each process tank.The six electric monorail operation areas on the operation console have their own corresponding controllers and communicate with the system main controller through the IIC bus.The main controller communicates wirelessly with the electric monorail controller on the orbit.The operation console embedded in the touch screen can also be used to operation the electric monorail.This paper completes the hardware circuit design of the system's electric monorail control circuit,the console's main controller and the operating area controller,and the corresponding PCB design and debugging,and compiles the wireless communication protocol and program for wireless data between the main controller and the electric monorail of the control system.subroutines for IIC bus communication and touch screen communication.Completed physical production of the system,and the whole system simulation are performed,including the test of system console,electric monorail crane control,and wireless network anti-jamming.The test results indicate that the control system's hardware and software designs meet the purpose of material transportation by using the electric monorail crane alone or in combination,and can be used in the industrial field environment.
