Mine Hoist is responsible primarily for transporting minerals, people and goods, and plays an important role in coal production.In order to make the production of coal mining enterprises not affected, mine hoist needs to run unremittingly in the mine up and down.If the elevator fails in operation, there will be damage to the equipment, stopped production, and even casualties.So mine hoist system needs to meet operational requirements of high production efficiency, safety,reliability and automated control.Aiming upgrade project of auxiliary shaft hoist control system of a mine of Datong Coal Group, developing a mine hoist control system solutions.The project completed hardware selection, circuit design and software programs of the hoist control system.Depending on the operating characteristics of mine hoist,frequency control of electric control system monitored by the industry control computer.Electronic control system consists of frequency control system,the lower computer (PLC),the host computer(touch panel).Electrical control system uses a two-wire PLC for hoist control. Flexible software and hardware is simple, a small amount of maintenance. PLC as a master control system; another set as a monitoring system, a variety of hoist system fault detection and fault event pass to the touch panel. PLC alternate between each other to ensure the hoist were run without interruption. Electronic control system reduces the use of relays and control lines, improve the reliability and stability of the system.Electrical control system uses two sets of Siemens S7-300series PLC.One is used as a master control system;the other one is served as the monitoring system,detecting various faults of hoist system and passing them to the touch panel. One is spare use of the other,in order to ensure that the elevator be run without interruption.Electronic control system reduces the use of relays and control lines, improves the reliability and stability of the system.Electric drag unit uses high voltage and four-quadrant inverter technology of Fengguang.The invert using the vector speed control technology.sets IGBT as the master device,makes DSP as control core.Just giving the inverter control commands via PLC,mine hoist can run as pre-designed curve of speed.Weinview touch panel adopts the Builder8000configuration monitoring software.Touch panel monitors real-time running state of hoist.If a fault occurs,it will be recorded and saved and the touch screen will beep.Hoist control system designs the hard and soft two channels of security loop,to guarantee the safe operation of the hoist.If a or more faults in the security loop occur,the security loop will be disconnected immediately and hoist will implement grade-1braking or grade-2breaking.
