Coal mine auxiliary transportation equipment is an important mechanical equipment to maintain the sustainable development of coal mine and improve the efficiency of coal mine transportation.According to incomplete statistics,nearly 20 billion tons of materials and supports need to be transported every year in China's coal mines,and nearly one third of the materials need to be completed by auxiliary transportation system.The roadway laying needs to be around the coal seam change law.With the deepening of coal mining,the working conditions of auxiliary transport equipment are becoming increasingly complex and harsh.The existing auxiliary transportation equipment restricts the safe and efficient production of modern mines.Therefore,it is of great significance for the design and research of monorail electric locomotives.On the basis of integrating the advantages of the existing auxiliary transportation equipment,The key components of monorail electric locomotive are designed.The locomotive adopts the distributed driving and braking mode,which improves the efficiency and safety of operation.The monorail electric locomotive is mainly composed of a rail system,a locomotive driving brakesystem,a lifting system and a monitoring device.The locomotive is designed with a composite drive and can be adaptively switched according to different track conditions.The intelligent monitoring system of the locomotive can monitor and control the operation of the monorail electric locomotive in real time to ensure the normal operation of the locomotive.Firstly,The three-dimensional model of key components of monorail electric locomotive is established by using Solidworks software.the static and modal analysis of the key components in the monorail electric locomotive is carried out by the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench.The results show that the total deformation of track unit and lifting device in the monorail electric locomotive is small and meets the strength requirements.The locomotive drive gear and the first six modes of the lifting device have a large difference with the locomotive motor frequency.Therefore,in theory,the resonance phenomenon does not occur when the locomotive is running.Secondly,the kinetic analysis software ADAMS is used to simulate the dynamics simulation of the monorail locomotive.The results show that after adding the rack,the speed of the locomotive becomes more stable and the fluctuation is smaller,and the running frequency of the two motors is basically consistent;In addition,the simulation of the locomotive brake system is carried out.The results show that the braking speed and braking displacement of the monorail locomotive meet the coal mine safety standards when operating in the horizontal and maximum gradients.At last,the virtual experimental system of the monorail electric locomotive is established to complete the virtual assembly experiments of whole locomotive and drive module.The virtual simulation experiment verifies the rationality of the locomotive design and provides the basis for the processing experiment of the monorail electric locomotive.
