| Wireless environmental monitoring systems can achieve large-scale and long-term continuous environmental monitoring,so they are widely used in pollutant monitoring,disaster prevention,farmland environmental detection and other fields.However,wireless environmental monitoring nodes often use battery power supply,which often has limited energy and is difficult to replace,which restricts the working time and transmission performance of the wireless environmental monitoring system,and easily causes problems such as short transmission distance and data packet loss.Research on low power consumption design of wireless transmission of environmental monitoring system to improve the long-term operation reliability of wireless monitoring system.This paper proposes a series of low-power design schemes such as hardware low-power design,dynamic power management design,wireless transmission matching design,and routing protocol improvement design,which provides new technical ideas for low-power applications in wireless environmental monitoring systems.The main work of the paper is as follows:(1)Aiming at the design requirements of wireless transmission low power consumption in environmental monitoring system,the main power consumption sources of wireless environmental monitoring system are analyzed in detail,combined with the architecture of wireless sensor network,the overall design scheme of low power consumption for wireless environmental monitoring is proposed.(2)Reduce power consumption from hardware design: select a low-power main control chip and a wireless transmission chip,and design a low-power transmission circuit based on the wake-up mechanism to achieve low power consumption for the overall operation of the hardware.Then,the energy consumption of different transition states in the node transmission process is dynamically adjusted by dynamic power management technology.Finally,the wireless transmission matching design is carried out,so that the transmission frequencies between nodes are well matched,and finally the energy transmission is optimized.(3)Reducing power consumption from networking design: According to the transmission requirements of wireless sensor networks,an improved hierarchical routing LEACH-AD(Low Energy Adpative Clustering Hierachy,LEACH)protocol is proposed.The optimal ratio of the protocol cluster head is added,and factors such as energy factor,distance factor and density factor are added.After updating the threshold formula,the improved LEACH protocol is simulated and tested in MATLAB.The results show that the improved LEACH protocol can survive in the network.The number of nodes and the remaining energy of the network are significantly improved.(4)A hardware test platform was built,and the wireless transmission matching performance test was carried out;At the same time,the networking effect of multiple nodes is tested,and the working time of wireless monitoring nodes is tested.The test results show that the proposed low-power design technology can effectively improve the working time of wireless environment monitoring nodes,and the nodes work reliably and efficiently. |
