Study On The Design Of Yue Opera Female Role's Costumes

Yue Opera is one of the five operas in China with the second national drama,it was listed on the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage list on May 20,2006.Growing up in the countryside of Zhejiang Province,Yue Opera is mature in the cultural blend of Shanghai.It formed a soft delicate,beautiful and fresh artistic personality in the self-renovation and the pursuit of progress in the development.Traditional drama dress design is a branch of the stage art,but also the main symbol of drama distinction.Yue Opera costume broke through the traditional opera suitcase system,that is no longer a fixed set of costumes,helmet and shoes to adapt to all performances,but the use of specially design system,according to the characters identity and personality to design and produce costumes,so in the costumes to form their own unique art style system.The research of this paper mainly starts with the history culture,the characteristic of costumes and the stage arts,explores the female role's costume characteristic of Yue Opera.First of all,the research needs to be explored from the historical origin,regional culture and comparison of related performance costumes.Using the methods of literature retrieval,combined with the knowledge of history,geography,art and other disciplines,analyze the historical development and regional culture of costumes.On the basis of comparative study,summarize the costumes of Yue Opera and other costumes similarities and differences of points,completed a comprehensive study of the female role's costume of Yue Opera.Secondly,on the basis of the pictures and the image data,combined with investigation Yue Opera Troupe and the theater factory,the article discusses the characteristics,social status and clothing shape,color,pattern and material of the five kinds of female role in the Yue opera.Summarize the universal character and the individual characteristics.It is pointed out that there are commonalities and differences in characteristics of Yue Opera costume according to different types,and the spirit of traditional aesthetics is reflected in details.Finally,according to the performance,analyzes the relationship between the costumes of Yue Opera and other theatrical arts departments from the perspective of the stage art.On the basis of summing up the above research results,choose a Yue opera repertory to innovate the design of costumes,put forward the current problems and think about the transmission ways in order to promote the costume culture of Yue Opera better.
