Subway is an important part of integrated transportation system in modern cities,which has the characteristics of large capacity,fast running speed and high density.However,it also has some factors such as relatively closed structure,large passenger flow,dense crowd and so on.Once a fire or other accident happens,it will cause a lot of casualties and property losses,which may cause an unexpected and negative impact.Thus,one of the urgent problems for subway companies is how to use the limited resources to organize the arranged operations of subway emergency rescue,which can improve the decision-making ability of rapid response for subway emergency rescue and provide more convenient services of emergency rescue for accident spots.As the resources of emergency rescue are the important guarantee for emergency rescue activities,the decision-makers should quickly set up the corresponding allocation scheme of emergency resources to organize the rescue according to the disaster situation,which can control the serious situation to minimize the losses caused by emergencies.In the thesis,the allocation problems of emergency resources for subway emergencies were taken as a research object.According to the corresponding emergency situations,the scenario framework of subway emergencies was established.On the base of scenario models and integrated scenario information,the dynamic allocation of emergency resources for subway emergencies driven by scenario was studied.According to the above research,a scenario model based on knowledge element was set up for subway emergencies.Firstly,the theory of knowledge element,the “Scenario-Response” model of subway emergencies and the state-of-the-art allocation methods of emergency resources were comprehensively reviewed.Secondly,the method of Markov decision analysis was used to solve the allocation problems of emergency resource in the allocation scheme with single disaster spot through scenario model.In terms of the allocation scheme with multiple disaster spots for subway,a fuzzy algorithm based on the objective weighting of two-dimensional Euclidean distance was proposed.While solving the allocation model of emergency resources with multiple objectives,the weighting was given to two of multiple objectives.After the determination of the weighting of two objectives,the objective model of emergency resources was further transformed to the allocation model of emergency resources with single objective.Thirdly,as for the complexity of the established models and the allocation time of emergency resources,a rapid solving model based on improved ant colony algorithm was proposed,which was combined with game theory for effective delivery of emergency resources.Finally,the validity of the proposed dynamic allocation scheme of subway emergency resources and the rationality of the solving model based on improved ant colony algorithm were verified by the cases of subway emergencies under the environment of MATLAB.
