Study On Countermeasures For Prevention And Control Of Livestock And Poultry Pollution In The Region

With the rapid development of China’s animal husbandry,it is also facing serious environmental pollution problems.However,China’s animal husbandry pollution prevention and control technology started relatively late and livestock and poultry pollution awareness is not strong.In terms of pollution control in livestock and poultry farming,there are serious technical models and lack of management measures.The scale of livestock and poultry farming and the culture methods have undergone great changes.Livestock and poultry breeding industry is moving in the direction of scale.Livestock and poultry farms have a large amount of waste water and are concentrated.They are directly discharged without proper treatment.The land around the farms does not have high digestibility of livestock and poultry excreta,and the utilization rate of livestock and poultry manure is low.Based on a large number of investigations and researches,this article summarizes the research progress at home and abroad as well as the harm of livestock and poultry manure pollution.Taking the Leshan Shizhong District as the research object,systematic analysis and in-depth study of animal husbandry and poultry pollution prevention and control countermeasures were conducted.According to the statistical report on livestock and poultry husbandry in the city of Leshan Shizhong District from 2013 to 2017,the amount of pollutants produced by livestock and poultry husbandry in the city of Leshan Shizhong District was estimated in the form of pig manure equivalent,and the analysis focused on 2017 Annual production of pollutants from livestock and poultry farming in townships.Based on a systematic analysis of livestock and poultry pollution in the Leshan Shizhong District,Sichuan Province,the livestock and poultry excrement contamination in the Shizhong District,Leshan City,Sichuan Province was analyzed.The maximum value of the animal manure alarm value was 1.53,and the poultry manure load was analyzed.The warning value is V,which has a great influence on the surrounding environment.The pollution control mechanism of livestock and poultry breeding in Shizhong District of Leshan City was analyzed.The pollution prevention and control concept of livestock and poultry was adopted as the direction of pollution prevention,and technical analysis was conducted on the pollution prevention of livestock and poultry breeding.This article analyzes the status quo of livestock and poultry manure pollution in Shizhong District of Leshan City,and combines with the actual situation in Shizhong District of Leshan City,puts forward specific technical solutions for pollution control of livestock and poultry.Guided by the theory of environmental carrying capacity and the theory of circular economy,we will actively promote the transformation of livestock and poultry breeding mode.Livestock and poultry pollution prevention and control measures must be combined with the local environment,consider the economic and technical conditions,and realize the prevention and control of pollution in the whole process of aquaculture.
