The Study On Safety Management Of Crude Oil STS Transfer Of G Company

Ship to ship(STS)transfer is one of the important transfer modes of crude oil in ports,but there is also a risk of safety accidents.It is not only the need for the development of enterprises,but also the need of social development to enhance the safety management of the crude oil STS transfer and ensure the safety of marine environment,the safety of operators and the safety of ship equipment.This paper points out the reasons of the unsafe behavior and unsafe state in field operation or technology based on the causal chain theory and system theory,which is different from the previous studies of crude oil STS transfer safety focus on technology and field operation.Study the dangerous factors in STS transfer from the company safety management aspect by the use of logic tree analysis.The safety management problems of G company in the crude oil STS transfer,which is very similar to the safety management loopholes cause main risk factors of crude oil STS transfer by safety management evaluation.It is necessary to solve the problems to upgrade the safety management level of the company,and guarantee safety of crude oil STS transfer.For the problems and potential safety management loopholes,this paper propose measures and suggestions for improving safety management of G company by using modern safety management theories,and it can also provide reference for other crude oil STS transfer company safety management.
