Influencingfactors And Political Enlightenment Of Enterprise Demands On Forest Carbon Sink

With the development of economy,China has become the second largest economy in the world,but the problem of climate change caused by greenhouse gases also increases.China will officially launch the national carbon emission trading market in December 2017,when more companies will be included in the control system.From the perspective of the demand of forest carbon sinks enterprise is put forward for the unified national carbon trading market demand for forest carbon sink policy advice is of great significance,also is advantageous to the enterprise without affecting economic development under the premise of emission reduction task.The data used in this paper is based on the investigation and data collection of the three industries of Shanghai thermal power,steel and chemical industries.There were 460 questionnaires,9 of which were invalid,and 451 were finally valid.This study on the influence factor of enterprise of forest carbon sinks,on the basis of theoretical research using structural equation model analysis enterprise forest carbon sink demand influence factors,research process and the conclusions are as follows:This paper discusses the theoretical basis of forest carbon sink demand from four aspects:public product and externality theory,transaction cost and property right theory.Using 451 enterprise data by using the structural equation model analysis of the economic interests of the government measures to boost power factor,inducing factors,social environmental factors and the technical difficulty of emission reduction factors on the forest carbon sinks,the influence of the results as follows: the government's policy support,induced economic interests and social environment factors have significant positive effects on enterprise forest carbon sinks,inducing factor is the biggest influence factor of economic benefits.In electric power industry influence factors influencing factors induced the same economic benefits is the biggest in the chemical industry the biggest constraint factors influencing factors for the social environment,the steelindustry in the biggest influence factors for government measures to boost power factor.Based on the above studies,the following policy implications are obtained: the government's policy efforts continue to advance;Perfect carbon tax related laws and regulations;Set up the corresponding and standardized carbon trading mechanism;To enhance the cultivation of forest carbon sink projects.This provides an important basis for guiding enterprises to purchase forest carbon sinks.
